Congratulations to Julia Ruddy on winning our 2026 Future in Family Law Scholarship!Winner’s Biography: Julia, from Mansfield Connecticut, is a rising sophomore at the University of Connecticut studying history and sociology. Julia is passionate about making the world a better place. With a background in social services, this means advocating for the marginalized and working with people forgotten by the legal and welfare system.
Winner’s Reaction Statement: When I found out I won this scholarship I was shocked! I immediately called and texted everyone I knew because I truly didn’t expect it!
